If you need help reserving, taking, or canceling shifts, you've come to the right place. We'll help you navigate reporting the hours you worked or canceling shifts, and explain what happens when you take these actions.
Arriving on site
We make every effort to ensure that you have all of the information you require to complete your shift successfully. We recommend that you review the shift details the day before your shift so that you know where you're going and who your supervisors will be.
If you have a shift starting today, it will be displayed at the top of your Home page as the largest shift. Tap on the shift and go over the Arrival instructions so you know where to go when you get there.
Tip: Make sure you check yourself in and out to avoid payment delays.
Things happen, we understand. You must first ensure that you are logged in to your GigHound account. Then, select Home and the shift that you will be unable to work. You'll see a Cancel shift button at the bottom of the page; follow the steps and you'll be guided through the process.
